425+ BCBAs inside · 70+ resources · New tools every month

Let's be real for a second

The reason this job feels so hard isn't you.

It's one (or all) of these. And nobody warned you about any of them in grad school or supervision.

Problem 01

You're expected to fix behavior in a system that doesn't understand your role.

You know what the data says. You wrote the plan. You explained the function. And somehow it still turns into "why isn't this kid doing better?" Like the weight of an entire under-resourced system belongs on your shoulders.

"I felt like the only one who understood what was happening. Then I'd get blamed when nothing changed, because no one was following through."
Problem 02

The plans you write are clinically solid. They're just not getting implemented.

You can write a beautiful BIP. The plan was never the problem. The problem is what happens (or doesn't happen) once it leaves your hands. Staff are overwhelmed, admin doesn't reinforce the system, and you're left chasing follow-through without turning into "that BCBA."

"It's not a knowledge gap. It's an implementation gap. And nobody teaches you how to close it."
Problem 03

Every CEU and resource you find is built for a clinic, not a classroom.

You've sat through more trainings on parent training and home programs than you can count. Meanwhile the things you actually need, like coaching a paraprofessional, writing a BIP a teacher will actually read, and handling a crisis without losing the staff's trust, are barely covered anywhere.

"Just once, give me strategies built for the setting I actually work in. Is that really too much to ask?"

You're not bad at your job. You've been doing it without the support school-based BCBAs are supposed to have.

That's exactly what The Behavior Lounge fixes.

The "doing it alone" part ends here. Join the Waitlist →

The Behavior Lounge Promise

Less Reactive. More Resourced. Actually Sustainable.

This isn't a tagline. It's the three things every member moves through, and the whole point of what we do inside.

01Where you start
The Behavior Lounge · Step One

Less Reactive.

Trade the constant fire-fighting for systems that actually hold. Behavior support that's proactive, not reactive, and built for the classroom you're walking into Monday.

02What you get
The Behavior Lounge · Step Two

More Resourced.

Live weekly support, a community of school-based BCBAs who get it, and 70+ ready-to-use tools you can pull off your desk Monday morning. The figuring-it-out-alone era? Over.

03Where you land
The Behavior Lounge · Step Three

Actually Sustainable.

Staff start following through. Behavior plans start working. You stop second-guessing every call you make. And the job stops costing you more than it gives back.

That's the whole point. Doors are closed for now, so hop on the waitlist. Join the Waitlist →

Inside the community

This is what "not doing it alone" actually looks like.

Real questions. Real answers. From BCBAs in every kind of school setting: therapeutic day, district-wide, single building, high school, elementary. The conversations you wish you could have in the teacher's lounge, finally happening.

Community thread about working in a high school district as a BCBA
"High School District BCBA" · Jillian asked about moving to high school, and 4 BCBAs jumped in with real experience.
Community thread about caseload projections and consult time
"Caseload Projections" · Amanda wondering what other BCBAs' caseloads actually look like. The question no one talks about.
Community thread about building a referral system for the district
"Referral Systems" · Ashley asked about building a referral system. Real members plus Meghan weighed in with what actually works.
Community thread with Meghan (admin) responding to caseload questions
"What does your role look like?" · BCBAs across districts sharing how their role actually works, with direct input from Meghan.

Every day inside The Lounge looks like this: real questions, real BCBAs, real answers.
No fluff. No "as a behavior analyst" lectures. Just the conversations you've been needing.

Why The Behavior Lounge

You're already in three Facebook groups. None of them are this.

Free groups are great for occasional questions. They're not built for actual support. Here's the honest difference.

A Free
Facebook Group
The Behavior
Lounge
Built specifically for school-based BCBAs (not clinic, not generic)
Your question doesn't get buried in 20 minutes
Advice is curated, not whoever shouts loudest
Resources you can actually find later (searchable, organized)
Live weekly support, not just "anyone have a script for…"
CEUs included (not paid for separately)
Implementation support, not just information dumps
Run by an actual school-based BCBA (not a Meta algorithm)

Let's be honest about what you're actually buying

This isn't about $29. It's about what $29 gets you back.

The real currency school-based BCBAs are bleeding isn't money. It's time, energy, and the mental space to do this job well. Here's what membership actually gives you back.

Hours you stop spending starting from scratchTemplates, scripts, and ready-to-use tools instead of building every BIP, email, and training from zero.
~5 hrs/wk
Time you'd spend Googling and second-guessing"What would you do here?" gets answered in the community instead of in your group chat at 9pm.
~3 hrs/wk
Sundays not spent dreading MondayWhen you have a system and a community, the Sunday spiral gets quieter. That math is hard to put a number on.
Priceless
Hard conversations you stop avoidingWith scripts and language in your pocket, the conversations that used to live rent-free in your head finally happen. And they go better than you expected.
Less Dread
Decisions you stop second-guessingReal input from BCBAs in the same role you're in. You stop questioning every call you made.
More Confidence
What it actually costs you
Less than two coffees a week
$29/mo
The math nobody wants to do
What's another year of this costing you?

The real cost isn't the $29/month. It's another year of doing it alone, putting out fires, and questioning yourself every Friday. That's the math worth paying attention to. And the next chance to change it comes when doors reopen, so get on the waitlist.

So… what's another year of this worth? Join the Waitlist →
hi, I'm Meghan
Meghan Edwards, founder of The Behavior Lounge

Meet Meghan

A school-based BCBA who built the support she couldn't find.

Before the BCBA credential, there was a special education classroom. So the staff side isn't theoretical to me: 27 kids in front of you, three IEPs to follow, and someone walking in with a BIP that has nothing to do with reality.

Then came the letters after my name, and with them the other side of the job: alone in buildings, writing thoughtful plans nobody was implementing, sitting through CEUs designed for clinic work, and wondering why nobody was talking about this version of the job. The school-based version. The one where ethics meets real-world constraints every single day.

"So I built it. The Behavior Lounge is the membership I wish I'd had from day one."

It's not theory-heavy. It's not generic. It's school-based BCBAs supporting school-based BCBAs, with the tools, CEUs, and live support to actually make this job sustainable. Not a guru talking down at you. A coworker who built the space where we finally get to stop doing this alone.

School-based BCBAs from every kind of setting, finally not doing this alone.

★★★★★

"I'm the only BCBA at my school and it can feel very isolating and you can begin to doubt yourself and your ability a lot. This group has really helped to reassure me that I'm not alone, that I am capable, and has been just an amazing support system and sounding board!"

Gabrielle A.
NJ School-Based BCBA
★★★★★

"Nobody takes time to teach you about being a BCBA in schools! The Lounge has so many resources, CEUs, and events. I feel like I'm back in my grad program, and I have a community of similar peers who are going through the same things and always willing to help!"

Emma D.
TN School District BCBA
★★★★★

"The Behavior Lounge is a LIFESAVER. As a BCBA in a rural area with little support, I always know I can turn to the community with questions or support. It is a great space to share resources, gain feedback, collaborate with people who get it, or simply just vent."

Autumn S.
School-Based BCBA
★★★★★

"The Behavior Lounge has honestly been a breath of fresh air. I went from having a cohort of BCBA colleagues to being a solo BCBA for my district. I love all the resources and finding a community that's supportive and collaborative!"

Kristen K.
PA School-Based BCBA
★★★★★

"The behavior lounge is like having a BCBA bestie always available in your phone. When you need support talking through an idea, or hoping someone else has a creative way to solve a problem, you can always find that in the amazing community here! Meghan also creates the best visuals and printables to help organize yourself and support staff."

Becky V.
School-Based BCBA
★★★★★

"The lounge gives me a safe place to brainstorm with other BCBAs. It has provided the tools and support needed to create a BCBA system in a district that has not had one previously, and even though it's still a work in progress, my confidence as a school BCBA continues to grow."

Erika B.

Frequently Asked Questions

If something's holding you back, there's a good chance the answer is here.

Can I still join right now?
Not this second. Enrollment for this round is closed. The best move is to get on the waitlist so you're first in line, and first to hear, when doors reopen. There's no set reopen date yet, so the waitlist is how you make sure you don't miss it.
Not sure if the Lounge is right for you?
Totally fair. It's not for everyone. Take the quick 2-minute quiz and it'll tell you straight: Do I Really Need The Lounge? → No pressure either way. And if the Lounge turns out to be your people, get on the waitlist so you're ready when doors reopen.
Do I have to be a new BCBA for this to help me?
Nope. Most members already know what to do clinically. They just need support applying it in real schools. Members range from brand new BCBAs to folks ten-plus years into school-based work. This is about real-world application, not basics.
What if I already have a million resources?
Same. This isn't about more resources sitting in a folder. It's about having tools that actually apply to your role, plus the live support to know when and how to use them in your specific situation. Members share resources too. That's part of the community.
Is this just another training or course?
No. This is ongoing support. You're not just watching content. You're part of a space where you can ask questions, get feedback, and talk through real situations as they're happening in your buildings.
What if I don't have time for one more thing?
That's literally why this exists. The goal is to make your job feel easier, not pile on. Use it as much or as little as you need. Everything is recorded, async-friendly, and built for people who are already drowning.
Will this actually work in my school setting?
Everything inside is built for real classrooms, real staff, and real constraints. Not perfect conditions. Members work in every kind of school setting: district-wide, single building, therapeutic day, charter, public, private. The reality you're in is the reality we're building for.
What if I join and it's not what I expected?
Monthly members can cancel anytime. No long-term commitment, no hoops. Stay as long as it's helpful.
Is there a free trial?
When enrollment is open, yes, on the Monthly plan: full access the second you join, no charge until day 6, cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. The Annual plan skips the trial but saves you $51. Doors are closed for this round, so hop on the waitlist and you'll get first crack at both when we reopen.
What if I'm not technically a BCBA? I'm a behavior specialist.
The Behavior Lounge is designed specifically for school-based BCBAs, but behavior specialists and folks in similar roles absolutely find value here, especially if you want practical, real-world strategies. Just know the CEUs are BCBA-specific.
Are the live calls and CEUs recorded?
Yes. All live calls and CEUs are recorded so you can catch them on your own time. If a CEU can't be recorded due to a speaker agreement, you'll be notified in advance.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Same core access: all the sessions, all the resources, all the CEUs, all the community. Annual ($297/yr) saves you $51, locks in your rate for the full school year, and unlocks the annual-only August Office Hours session (which members say is one of the most valuable). Monthly is for folks who want flexibility and starts with a free 5-day trial. Both work. Pick what fits when doors reopen.
