What's the difference between the Toolkit and the Consulting Partnership?

The Toolkit is a one-time digital purchase ($697) — you download all 8 components and implement them yourself. The Consulting Partnership ($2,500-$8,500/mo) is the same framework delivered as a real partnership — monthly leadership calls, coaching for your BCBA team, BIP/FBA review, and ongoing implementation support. The Toolkit is for districts who can run it themselves. The Partnership is for districts who want a behavior systems consultant in their corner all year.

Do you accept POs?

Yes. POs are accepted for the Toolkit. Email [email protected] with your PO information and we'll send an invoice. Multi-district and ESA pricing available on request.

Is this an ABA program?

No. It's not a curriculum, a behavior program, or a clinical protocol. It's the missing implementation layer between your existing systems and what actually happens in classrooms — designed specifically for school staff (teachers, paras, admin) by a BCBA who's done the job.

Who delivers the para training?

Anyone on your team can deliver it — not just a BCBA. The training materials include talking points, examples, and a facilitator guide so a building admin, behavior coordinator, or instructional coach can run it. Most districts have their in-house BCBA or special ed coordinator deliver the first round.

How long until we see results?

The 4-Week Rollout Plan is designed to take a school from chaos to coherent in one month. Most teams see classroom-level changes within 2-3 weeks of implementation. Systems-level changes (referral patterns, staff buy-in, MTSS fidelity) typically show up by the 6-8 week mark.

What if we buy the Toolkit and then want to upgrade to consulting?

Many districts start with the Toolkit, see what's possible, and upgrade to a Consulting Partnership when they want a real partner driving implementation. The Toolkit purchase and the Consulting Partnership are billed separately — but you'll already be familiar with the framework, which makes onboarding faster.
